It is essential that we understand that the warrior may have experienced some unspeakably terrible events, which paradoxically are best dealt with by communication, both in writing, and spoken. It is certain that deployments also place an extraordinary burden on the family left behind. Therefore, we created the BROTHERS AT WAR FAMILY APPROACH.

The FAMILY & INDIVIDUAL APPROACH offers many of the benefits that we have seen over 6,000 military families attain during the workshops, in the privacy of their own homes.  Journaling offers a safe, private space for self-expression. The Workbooks allow the individual to vent in a confidential place at their own speed. They allow one to collect their thoughts and emotions before broaching what can be difficult subjects to discuss.  The insights gained put the family on a path to communication, and mutual understanding.

The BROTHERS AT WAR INDIVIDUAL APPROACH offers an opportunity for individual exploration. It has been proven that the more you open up and communicate, the less invasive your experiences will be long term. The program offers a positive and powerful step in the right direction.

“You control your future, your destiny. What you think about comes about.
By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of
becoming the person you most want to be. Put your future in good hands – your own”

— Mark Victor Hansen
