THE BROTHERS AT WAR RESILIENCY WORKSHOP provides a safe environment and catalyst for military families to journal, discuss and communicate about difficult subjects. The program is simple to do, enjoyable and easily accessible. The purpose is to generate “ah ha” moments at any and/or all of the steps along the way, in an environment that makes it comfortable to communicate.

The BROTHERS AT WAR RESILIENCY WORKSHOP teaches those with the warrior mindset, a number of useful techniques to successfully and safely decompress. In addition, it opens the corridors of communication with family. The program also strengthens family bonds during the workbook sessions, and teaches skills that can continue to be used after the program is completed.
